WEST is reading this review, about 30 % of your help is the problem, slow, doe,s not listen to your order, and in general has the attitude of someone who would rather be somewhere else. The best part of this PARKWEST establishment is the waiteress named paige in the bar area, they really need to clean house with the service people.
I go in and usually put down $100 and see what happens, This is a casino that caters to the Asian crowd, that,s bussed in from who know,s where.they only have 2 blackjack tables and most of the time just one is open, unless you desperate to gamble ,this is not a great place to go, they have more employee,s walking around trying to look important and trying to find something to, than graton down the street. We are about a 25 minute drive South on HWY 101 and it is very convenient for us to visit such a well maintained and appointed North SF Bay casino. I have been back to this casino many times since my last review, I usually stop here to see if I can win enougn to pay for my dinner at the city limits bar and grill, attached to the 101 casino. My wife and I have had three recent occasions to stay at the Graton Resort (December, January and February).
